Visualizing the Legacy of Korean School Architecture
KOIES – WALL GRAPHIC: HISTORY OF KOREAN EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES
As part of a visual storytelling project for KOIES, I designed a large-scale wall graphic that traces the evolution of school facilities in Korea—from the late 1800s to the present. The timeline was carefully composed using historical photos, architectural plans, and curated typography to create a clear, informative, and visually engaging narrative. This piece was printed and permanently installed on-site at the KOIES headquarters, serving as both an educational tool and a proud visual identity marker for the institution.
Conceptual Design for Smarter School Environments
KOIES – GREEN SMART FUTURE SCHOOL BOOK COVER
This cover design was created for KOIES (Korean Institute of Educational Facility Safety) as part of their Green Smart Future School initiative—a national project focused on future-oriented educational environments. The goal was to develop a clean, structured, and informative visual that would support a school architecture guidebook. While the concept was not ultimately published, the design reflects clarity, purpose, and trust—aligned with KOIES’s mission to improve educational spaces through thoughtful planning.
